Andrea Huban is the Program/Business Operations Manager for the New Business Ventures Incubation team at SEI. In this role, she designs and implements a repeatable process, aligning cross-functional teams to harness innovation and bring new ideas to market faster. She is passionate about learning and has an appetite for new ideas and information. This passion has driven her commitment to building new initiatives and guiding them to success.

Andrea began her career at SEI in 2005, serving in a variety of roles in SEI’s Institutional Group, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Marketing. Most recently, she served as the Proposal Manager, where she managed a global team responsible for completing complex RFPs to communicate to clients, prospects, and intermediaries how SEI’s value proposition aligns with achieving their goals.

Andrea is an active participant in the SEI community and is the current President of the SEI Women’s Network (SWN) Executive Board. She is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive environment and supporting the SWN community. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, two young daughters, and black labrador retriever.

Christie Persichetti is a young professional currently working as a Specialist on the CIT Investments Team within SEI’s Investment Manager Services. She built her career at SEI following a strong academic foundation having completed multiple internships while studying finance and global sustainability at Bentley University. Throughout her tenure at SEI, Christie has held a variety of roles, including positions in Investment Product Solutions, Mutual Fund Trading, Sustainable Investing Solutions, and supporting SEI’s asset management business in the Investment Management Unit and Private Trust Company.

Christie is committed to service and leadership. During her time at Bentley, she served as President of the Net Impact Chapter for two years, demonstrating her dedication to driving social and environmental change. She continues to carry this passion into her work at SEI, where she recently served as a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion Events Committee and a Global Connector on the SEI Women’s Network Board. Christie is the co-founder of the newly established Young Professional’s Network at SEI, and is an ambassador for the One Young World community.

Outside of her professional and service pursuits, Christie is the proud owner of two rescue dogs, enjoys attending live music events, and spending time outdoors.

Michael Lane is Head of Asset Management and an Executive Vice President at SEI, responsible for the business and growth strategy for our Advisor and Institutional businesses in North America, as well as leading SEI’s investment management teams globally.

With 35 years of experience, Michael previously served as Chair of U.S. Wealth at BlackRock after he was head of iShares for U.S. Wealth Advisory. Prior to joining Blackrock, he held a number of leadership roles at Dimensional Fund Advisors, leading the development of the retirement, broker-dealer, bank, and TAMP businesses. These roles included Global Head of Strategic Retirement Initiatives and CEO of Dimensional SmartNest LLC, which provides managed account solutions for defined contribution plans. Michael also served as a leader at TIAA-CREF, AEGON Financial Services Group, and Dreyfus, among others.

He is an accomplished author of three books, as well as academic and industry articles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Binghamton University in New York, where he serves as an Executive Committee member for the Binghamton University Foundation Board and received the Medal of Distinguished Service. Michael also co-led the development of a not-for-profit initiative focusing on bringing diverse talent to the financial services industry.

Vivian Estadt is the Business Development Manager for the New Business Ventures Incubation team at SEI. This recently formed team is dedicated to fostering new sustainable growth engines by developing innovative business ideas and guiding them to market through a structured incubation process. In her role, Vivian assesses market potential, validates solutions with prospective clients and partners, and implements go-to-market strategies. She focuses on fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders, nurturing client relationships, and providing enterprise-level support and resources.

Vivian has been a part of the SEI family since 2007. She began her career as a Credit Analyst on the Fixed Income Portfolio Management team, where she analyzed credit fundamentals and managed risk for non-financial, investment-grade holdings. She advised on credit-impacting issues across portfolios totaling $5 billion in assets and conducted research on sector risk, industry trends, and economic conditions. In 2015, she joined the Institutional Group as a Client Service Director, executing on SEI’s Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) solution. Her clients included institutional endowments, healthcare organizations, foundations, multi-employer funds, higher education institutions, and corporate clients. As the primary contact for executing clients’ strategic initiatives, she provided investment, operational, audit, and administrative support. Throughout her various roles, Vivian has been an active and engaged member of the SEI community, particularly through her support of the SEI Women’s Network, where she previously served on the Board of Directors and as President. She is known for her ability to bring people together, foster strong relationships, and promote collaboration and growth.

Outside of her professional life, Vivian enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Together, they love exploring the world, creating, reading, eating, and capturing their adventures through photos. Vivian also loves to bring joy to others and their stomachs through her baking business, Bibi’s Bakes, where she designs custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies (when she can find the time!).

Jenny co-founded PEAK6 in 1997 with $1.5M in seed capital as a proprietary options trading firm and since then has grown it into a multibillion-dollar financial services and technology giant housing the next generation of products & service brands including PEAK6 Capital Management, PEAK6 Strategic Capital, Apex Fintech Solutions, Team Focus Insurance Group, We Insure, Evil Geniuses, and Zogo.

With a true knack for unearthing talent and opportunities, Jenny looks for underfunded and underappreciated sectors to transform into high-growth businesses. Her passion specifically lies in finding opportunities for women to succeed at every table — from the classroom, to the conference room, to the poker room, to the boardroom.

This passion led her to launch Poker Power in 2020 with her daughter Juliette, a woman-led company that teaches poker to all who identify as female, and by extension, teaches women strategic thinking, capital allocation, and decision-making skills. Additionally, Jenny has created programs to help women advance their careers including the Women’s Trading Experience and Women’s Technology Experience.  She currently serves on the Women and Public Policy Board at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Sue Scott serves as the compliance & operations liaison for National Accounts within Independent Advisor Solutions at SEI (“IAS”). A long-time member of the National Accounts Team, she is responsible for many facets of SEI’s national relationships (broker-dealers and RIAs), most notably around compliance, oversight, relationship transitions and operational needs. Sue also works intimately as a liaison with the SEI Private Trust Company and the SEI Investment Management Company (SIMC) legal and compliance teams. Previously, Sue was a long-term relationship manager with IAS, as well as an integral part of the SEI team that developed and built the advisor model within the SEI Wealth Network. She is a founding board member of the SEI Women’s Network and an original member of the SEI Cares volunteer program.

Sue has been with SEI since 1998. Prior to joining SEI, she completed a twenty-year career as an owner-operator of an international travel corporation, where she was responsible for global operations, product development, marketing and office management.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University, Sue is also a Certified Tour Planner and a member of Phi Beta Cappa and Alpha Kappa Delta.

Outside of SEI, Sue serves as an Executive Board Member and Producer with Philadelphia Main Line’s oldest, non-profit Community Theater. She is a long-time member of leadership at Wayne UM Church in Wayne, PA and currently serves on its Leadership Council in addition to her roles with the Trustees and as a Christian Education teacher. Sue also has many years of experience as a freelance author and publicist and was a 14-year volunteer coach and workshop leader for a national personal finance class.

Kerry Kilcullen is SEI’s Head of Global Marketing. She assumed this role in late 2024, after previously leading marketing for SEI’s Institutional and Private Wealth Management businesses in North America.

With a career dedicated to financial services marketing and investment communications, Kerry has a wealth of global experience. Before returning to SEI in 2020, she served as Head of Marketing at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Kerry’s career also includes leadership roles in South Africa and Switzerland. From 2009 to 2014, she was Principal and Head of Marketing at RisCura, one of Africa’s leading investment consulting firms. She also spent two years in Geneva as an independent Marketing Consultant and Strategic Project Manager for SinCo, a boutique investment advisory firm specializing in sustainable investing.

Kerry began her career at SEI in roles including Brand Services Manager, Program Development Manager for SEI Wealth Network, and Marketing and Communications Manager for SEI Wealth Network. She holds a BA in Economics from Duke University.

Paul Burton (he/him) is the Technology Director for the Investment Management Unit (IMU) and is responsible for the technology used to by our Portfolio Management teams to manage, support, trade and report on SEIs funds.

Paul has been with SEI since 2015 and brings a broad range of technology and architecture skills to the business. Prior to his employment at SEI, Paul worked as CTO for a Treasury Management product (15 years), spent time at a consultancy group in London implementing Air Traffic Management systems (7 years), designed control systems for Particle Accelerators, and worked on Data and Radio Communications equipment. Paul has over 35 years of experience in technology and leadership roles.

Graduating with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University, England, Paul is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), and a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM).

At SEI, Paul is an Executive Board member for the SEI Women’s Network, is a Board member for SEI Cares, focusing on Communications, and is a trained facilitator.

In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing keyboards and tinkering in his recording studio. He is on the committee for the Philadelphia Java Users’ Group (PhillyJUG) and is Treasurer for the USA Section of the British Computer Society, a 501[c]3 organization.

Natalie is a recognized leader in the data field, having been named in the Tech Women Celebration 50, the Twenty in Data and Tech 2023, the Data IQ 100 multiple times, and featured as one of only 15 female leaders in the 300 Years of Leadership and Innovation publication. Harp-weaver serves as a personal philanthropic staff, working closely with private funders and their advisors to develop tailored giving plans and creatively execute those plans. Clients are more strategic with charitable dollars and more fulfilled with involvement.

Teresa began her career at SEI and, in her 16 years with the company, she held various global business development and client service roles. Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University, a master’s degree and a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She also received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation.

Teresa currently serves as executive director of multiple private foundations. She is an avid supporter of women’s philanthropy and hosts a dinner series called “Night Out With Meaning.” She is a partner in collaborative funds, serves on multiple nonprofit boards, and is a member of Social Venture Circle. Prior to LSEG, her roles as Managing Director, Global Head of Risk Managed Services at Refinitiv and Managing Director in Africa for Thomson Reuters included leveraging emerging technologies, innovation, and strategic partnerships to drive profitable growth. She has also held senior leadership roles across finance and risk, operations, sales, and client service.

A global citizen with a passion for purpose-led initiatives, Sneha currently serves as a Board Trustee for the African Leadership Foundation, the Education Development Center, and the Harambeans Alliance. She is also Board Chair for the Young Presidents Organization’s New York Polaris Chapter. Sneha was selected for Innovate Finance’s “Women in Fintech Power List” and was a two-time winner of the Gender Mainstreaming Award by Business Engage.

Prior to this role at SEI beginning in August 2023, Shawn spent the last 23 years in various leadership roles of teams supporting transfer agency operations, regulatory compliance, and oversight/control governance at the following financial industry firms: Aim Funds/Invesco, Symetra, Russell Investments, Northern Trust Company, and Vanguard.

Shawn represents SEI on the Investment Company Institute’s (“ICI”) Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) and is approaching year two of three years in the Securities Investment Institute (“SII”) program, their executive development program for securities industry professionals through SIFMA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Shawn is an alumni of the 2023 LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Core Program cohort.

She is active in her community and currently serves on the board of Phoenixville Women’s Outreach, a Phoenixville, PA organization committed to providing support and services for transitional and affordable housing for underserved women in the greater Phoenixville area. Caroline Levitt is Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for SEI Investments Canada Company. Caroline also acts as an important interface between SEI’s global legal, compliance and IMU teams and SEI’s Canadian business units.

Caroline is a chartered accountant, with more than 25 years of financial, operational, compliance and risk management experience; building and managing teams in growth-driven and challenging business environments that include both the financial services and high technology environments.

Prior to joining SEI, Caroline was CFO, COO and CCO at Taylor Asset Management Inc., a boutique investment management firm based in Toronto. Before joining Taylor, Caroline was CCO at Acuity Investment Management. Caroline was Director, Finance at Synergy Asset Management prior to joining Acuity. Caroline began her professional career providing audit and consulting services in the financial services group at Ernst & Young LLP.

Alison became a volunteer Sewing Specialist with Days for Girls International in 2022, where she supports USA Teams and Chapters, while still being able to enjoy co-leading the Eagleville Chapter.

Leslie Roy is a Duke University Alumni, Trinity ‘81. She worked as a computer consultant until retiring to raise her three daughters. She currently manages multiple rental properties. After making trips to Uganda in 2012 and 2014 with St. David’s Episcopal Church, she fell in love with the country.

She is on the board of ECHOES Around the World which also supports Uganda and helped coordinate the funding for a new 5 story hospital and nursing school.

Leslie started the Wayne, PA Chapter for Days for Girls in 2016 after realizing during her trips to Uganda that girls did not always have access to menstrual products. During the past 8 years, more than 700 volunteers have helped make over 6,000 Days for Girls kits. These have been distributed in 18 different countries, including the USA. Leslie has personally helped with the distribution of kits in Uganda, Guatemala, Cuba, Ecuador and Jamaica. Her team helped set up an enterprise in Uganda to make and distribute the kits.

In addition to leading the Wayne, PA Chapter, Leslie is the Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative for Days for Girls, helping support over 50 teams in six different states.

A native of West Philadelphia, Rishaun Hall has been serving the Philadelphia area since he was 14. While at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, Hall interned at the Mayor’s Office of Philadelphia and this is where he found his passion. Hall’s calling has always been to serve his community. During his time at the Mayor’s Office, Hall served as chair of the Philadelphia Youth Commission, was a Youth Delegate in the 2015 National League of Cities, and a national leadership council member of Generation Progress.

Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Wheeling Jesuit University (now Wheeling University) and is pursuing a master’s degree in public policy/public administration from West Chester University. Currently, Hall works at The PEW Charitable Trusts, Philadelphia Research and Policy Initiative as a policy associate. Hall is responsible for communication and coordination among Pew’s policy and research team in Philadelphia, the City Council of Philadelphia, and other city stakeholders.

While Hall graduated from Cristo Rey in 2016, his dedication to the mission has never wavered. Currently, Hall is the founding Chair of the Workforce Development Committee for the Cristo Rey Network National Leadership Council, where he is leading the discussion around productivity and professionalism in the workplace. Hall also founded the Shyheem Robinson Legacy Scholarship in honor of his fallen friend/fellow Cristo Rey alum who was tragically murdered in October 2020.

In her current role, Raquell collaborates with leadership and employees across the organization to steer SEI toward its financial objectives. Her strategic awareness and collaborative approach have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.

Beyond the boardroom, Raquell is a compassionate advocate for community engagement. She has actively participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the Pen Pal initiative through SEI, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the professional realm.

In her free time, Raquell directs her focus toward her family. Raquell enjoys exploring music across all genres and passionately follows football and hockey.

Before joining SEI, Rachele was responsible for the sales and marketing of the derivatives desk in CoreStates Capital Markets Group. She began her career in CoreStates Wholesale Banking program, ultimately responsible for Business Development in the U.K. and their U.S. subsidiaries.

She is active in her community and currently serves on the board of Mindfulness through Movement, a Philadelphia organization committed to nurturing the wellness of children in underserved areas through mindful breathing and movement. She also serves as a Trustee at the University of Scranton.

As a Relationship Manager, Megan advocates for clients and helps turn their strategic ideas into actionable and executable steps. Internally, Megan coordinates across all internal partners to further resource the clients’ vision.

Megan spent her undergrad years at Stetson University in Florida and received her MBA from Baylor University in 2021. In 2015, Megan moved to Austin, TX to be closer to family and enjoys the active music city life. Laura Kish serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Salesforce Reporting on SEI’s Salesforce Global Implementation Team. In her role she collaborates with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to design, develop, and implement mission-critical reports and dashboards. Before taking on this role in fall of 2022, Laura spent nearly 12 years on SEI’s Institutional Marketing Team where she focused on managing the business unit’s lead generation and business intelligence initiatives.

Prior to starting at SEI in 2011, Laura spent four years in inside sales working for TrialGraphix, a litigation consulting firm. Before that she worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative for NVHomes. Her time spent in sales is where Laura developed her passion for using CRM systems and data to drive business development strategies.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Marketing. She also serves as a board member and the communications chair for the SEI Women’s Network. In her spare time she enjoys reading, puzzles, and being active outdoors with her family. On the weekends you can find her on the beach, on the slopes, or more likely on the sidelines of a youth sports game cheering on her sons.

Aimie is a proven leader with 25 years of relationship management and client engagement experience in the financial services industry at SEI.  She previously served as a Managing Director in SEI’s Private Banking business, working with executives across the wealth management spectrum including law firms, multi-family offices, private trust companies, and community, regional and national banks.

Prior to joining SEI, Aimie was an officer in the U.S. Army.

Prior to her current role, Megan worked as a Global Communications Specialist, driving the public relations and communications strategy across SEI’s businesses. Allie Carey heads strategy for SEI’s Private Banking and Wealth Management business. In this role, she defines the business segment’s strategic growth plans in collaboration with executive leaders across the company.

She is focused on strategic planning, global wealth management industry landscape assessment, global go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, product/solution strategies and M&A opportunities.

Prior to joining SEI, Allie served as VP of Product Management at AscellaHealth, where she was responsible for identifying new market and revenue opportunities and formulating the product strategy to realize those opportunities.

Previously, Allie served as the Managing Director of Front Office for SEI’s Advisor business. In this role, Allie was responsible for the design and delivery of the Advisor Business Platform, which supports the growth of over 7,400 independent financial advisors.

Allie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Bucknell University.
