Natalie Cramp

Chair, Women in Data

With more than 15 years’ experience in leading private, public and third sector organizations through significant periods of innovation and change, Natalie has spent the last five years leading a data consultancy supporting organizations in all industries to understand and deliver the potential of data and AI. She is passionate about the people elements of transformation and built a Data Academy, to enable the whole business from leaders to front-line team members understand and gain value from data and is now a regular speaker for Vistage, delivering training to C-suite leaders in understanding how to create value from data and AI for their business. Natalie is a recognized leader in the data field, having been named in the Tech Women Celebration 50, the Twenty in Data and Tech 2023, the Data IQ 100 multiple times, and featured as one of only 15 female leaders in the 300 Years of Leadership and Innovation publication. She takes an active role in the data community, chairing a cross-industry Data Ethics Advisory Board, chairing Women in Data®‘s Women’s Health work and being on the Mayor’s Data for London Advisory Board. She is passionate about shifting the dial on diversity in the industry, and particularly supporting women’s careers, is an Ambassador for Women in Data’s 65,000 strong network and proud that in her time at Profusion she reduced the gender pay gap to 1% and increased the % of women by 20% to get to 50:50.

Mary Agbesanwa

Mary Agbesanwa is passionate about how technology is transforming the financial services industry especially wealth management and supporting millennials to achieve their full potential. She spent several years working as a Management Consultant at PwC working with banks and fintechs looking to scale or adapt their business models. She was also fintech growth lead at a B2B fintech focusing on turbocharging the firm’s growth and expanding their portfolio of fintech clients. Outside of work, she runs a female professional community called the ‘Now You’re Talking Network’ which has over 2,000 members from tech and financial services. She is also the Learning Facilitator for Imperial College Business School’s quarterly Fintech Program, a program leader for the Wharton Business School’s Executive Presence & Influence program and a board trustee for Girlguiding, the UK’s largest charity for women.

Caroline Deutsch

Head of UK/EMEA Marketing for SEI

Caroline is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across EMEA for SEI’s Investment Processing and Technology business as well as raising the profile of SEI’s overall brand in the region. With 25 years’ experience of B2B financial services marketing, Caroline has worked for SEI for over 18 years and held marketing roles across asset management and financial technology.

She cares deeply about SEI’s culture and community supporting diversity and inclusion. She is the Executive Sponsor for SEI’s UK Graduate Program, serves on SEI’s Global Women’s Network board and externally on PIMFA’s Diversity and Inclusion committee.

Prior to SEI, Caroline was an Account Director at Penrose PR agency where SEI was one of her clients.

Alison Vincent

Bringing more than 30 years’ experience in global businesses, Alison is a respected thought leader with expertise in technology innovation, cybersecurity and software engineering. In addition to roles at NDS, Micro Focus and IBM, Alison was Cisco System’s Chief Technology Officer for the UK and Ireland and also served as Global Chief Information Security Officer for the HSBC Group. She was honoured as one of the Top Influential Women in UK Information Technology in 2019 and was recently named as a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Teresa Araco Rodgers

Teresa Araco Rodgers founded harp-weaver LLC in 2010 to provide a better way to add meaning, to manage gifting, and to align investing with personal, family, corporate, and financial goals. Harp-weaver serves as a personal philanthropic staff, working closely with private funders and their advisors to develop tailored giving plans and creatively execute those plans. Clients are more strategic with charitable dollars and more fulfilled with involvement.

Teresa began her career at SEI and, in her 16 years with the company, she held various global business development and client service roles. Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University, a master’s degree and a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She also received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation.

Teresa currently serves as executive director of multiple private foundations. She is an avid supporter of women’s philanthropy and hosts a dinner series called “Night Out With Meaning.” She is a partner in collaborative funds, serves on multiple nonprofit boards, and is a member of Social Venture Circle. Teresa is an advocate for and an early adopter of mission-aligned investing and promoting a practical approach among foundations and individual investors.

Sneha Shah

Sneha Shah is an Executive Vice President at SEI and Head of New Business Ventures, responsible for new business and platform identification and incubation; engaging clients, accelerators, and the entrepreneurial community to invest and accelerate new ideas and solutions; and cultivating innovation that drives top-line growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, strategy, and execution globally, Sneha most recently served as Managing Director and Group Head of the London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) Business Accelerator, where she created and scaled new businesses at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and technology. Prior to LSEG, her roles as Managing Director, Global Head of Risk Managed Services at Refinitiv and Managing Director in Africa for Thomson Reuters included leveraging emerging technologies, innovation, and strategic partnerships to drive profitable growth. She has also held senior leadership roles across finance and risk, operations, sales, and client service.

A global citizen with a passion for purpose-led initiatives, Sneha currently serves as a Board Trustee for the African Leadership Foundation, the Education Development Center, and the Harambeans Alliance. She is also Board Chair for the Young Presidents Organization’s New York Polaris Chapter. Sneha was selected for Innovate Finance’s “Women in Fintech Power List” and was a two-time winner of the Gender Mainstreaming Award by Business Engage.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics with international studies from the University of Warwick in the U.K. and completed the Harvard Business School’s YPO Presidents’ Program.

Shawn is a Senior Director on SEI’s Institutional Transfer Agency responsible for supporting internal and external enterprise clients and strategic partners of SEI. SITA focuses on maximizing the delivery of our recordkeeping solutions supporting 40 Act mutual funds and CIT products.

Prior to this role at SEI beginning in August 2023, Shawn spent the last 23 years in various leadership roles of teams supporting transfer agency operations, regulatory compliance, and oversight/control governance at the following financial industry firms: Aim Funds/Invesco, Symetra, Russell Investments, Northern Trust Company, and Vanguard.

Shawn represents SEI on the Investment Company Institute’s (“ICI”) Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) and is approaching year two of three years in the Securities Investment Institute (“SII”) program, their executive development program for securities industry professionals through SIFMA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Shawn is an alumni of the 2023 LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Core Program cohort.

She is active in her community and currently serves on the board of Phoenixville Women’s Outreach, a Phoenixville, PA organization committed to providing support and services for transitional and affordable housing for underserved women in the greater Phoenixville area. She also serves on the board of the LGBT Center of Greater Reading with multiple locations throughout the greater Philadelphia region focused on providing services, advocacy, and support to the LGBTQ+ community, including allies, with the goal that all may live a life of fulfillment, inclusion, and celebration.

Linda Scavone is an influential and service-oriented strategic partner with 15+ years of experience driving business improvement and organizational change through strategic planning, risk management, and execution. She currently leads diligence and integration within SEI’s Corporate Development group, which is responsible for enabling SEI’s growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She is responsible for leading teams in assessing and mitigating risks associated with M&A as well as developing and executing integration plans to maximize the value of acquisitions and realize strategic goals.

Prior to this, she held roles focused on Risk Management, IT, business process assurance, and consulting services. This includes her roles as Director of Risk Strategy in the SEI Private Trust Company, where she was responsible for establishing a holistic, integrated, and forward-looking approach to managing key SPTC business risks, as well as Director on SEI’s Internal Audit team where she partnered with stakeholders across SEI to improve processes, governance and internal control. Prior to joining SEI, Linda was in the IT Advisory group at KPMG, LLP leading engagements with clients across various industries.

Linda serves as a board member of the SEI Trust Company, which offers a diverse array of collective investment trust to the U.S. retirement market through strategic partners with leading money managers.

Linda also serves as the Vice President of SEI’s Women’s Network Board.

Caroline Levitt

Caroline Levitt is Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for SEI Investments Canada Company. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing operations and compliance with Canadian and provincial regulations applicable to SEI as a portfolio manager, investment fund manager, and exempt market dealer. Caroline also acts as an important interface between SEI’s global legal, compliance and IMU teams and SEI’s Canadian business units.

Caroline is a chartered accountant, with more than 25 years of financial, operational, compliance and risk management experience; building and managing teams in growth-driven and challenging business environments that include both the financial services and high technology environments.

Prior to joining SEI, Caroline was CFO, COO and CCO at Taylor Asset Management Inc., a boutique investment management firm based in Toronto. Before joining Taylor, Caroline was CCO at Acuity Investment Management. Caroline was Director, Finance at Synergy Asset Management prior to joining Acuity. Caroline began her professional career providing audit and consulting services in the financial services group at Ernst & Young LLP.

Alison Gershman began volunteering with the Eagleville, PA Days for Girls Chapter in the fall of 2016 and became a co-leader of the Chapter in 2017. She enjoys that this Non-profit combines her background in Textiles with a life changing effort to support women and girls with menstrual products and education.

Alison became a volunteer Sewing Specialist with Days for Girls International in 2022, where she supports USA Teams and Chapters, while still being able to enjoy co-leading the Eagleville Chapter.

Alison has participated in distributions in Kenya, Ecuador, and Cuba as well as those in the local Philadelphia area.

Leslie Roy

Leslie Roy is a Duke University Alumni, Trinity ‘81. She worked as a computer consultant until retiring to raise her three daughters. She currently manages multiple rental properties. After making trips to Uganda in 2012 and 2014 with St. David’s Episcopal Church, she fell in love with the country.

She is on the board of ECHOES Around the World which also supports Uganda and helped coordinate the funding for a new 5 story hospital and nursing school.

Leslie started the Wayne, PA Chapter for Days for Girls in 2016 after realizing during her trips to Uganda that girls did not always have access to menstrual products. During the past 8 years, more than 700 volunteers have helped make over 6,000 Days for Girls kits. These have been distributed in 18 different countries, including the USA. Leslie has personally helped with the distribution of kits in Uganda, Guatemala, Cuba, Ecuador and Jamaica. Her team helped set up an enterprise in Uganda to make and distribute the kits.

In addition to leading the Wayne, PA Chapter, Leslie is the Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative for Days for Girls, helping support over 50 teams in six different states.

Sallie Krawcheck

Prior to Ellevest, Krawcheck was one of the only financial executives of her generation to have held C-suite roles at the largest global banks—as CEO of Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, US Trust, and Sanford Bernstein, and as CFO of Citi.

Today, as a venture-funded entrepreneur, she’s beat impossibly long odds to raise $144 million in venture-capital funding (women CEOs raise $1 out of every $10,000 Series B fintech dollars). Rishaun A. Hall

A native of West Philadelphia, Rishaun Hall has been serving the Philadelphia area since he was 14. While at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, Hall interned at the Mayor’s Office of Philadelphia and this is where he found his passion. Hall’s calling has always been to serve his community. During his time at the Mayor’s Office, Hall served as chair of the Philadelphia Youth Commission, was a Youth Delegate in the 2015 National League of Cities, and a national leadership council member of Generation Progress.

Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Wheeling Jesuit University (now Wheeling University) and is pursuing a master’s degree in public policy/public administration from West Chester University. Currently, Hall works at The PEW Charitable Trusts, Philadelphia Research and Policy Initiative as a policy associate. Hall is responsible for communication and coordination among Pew’s policy and research team in Philadelphia, the City Council of Philadelphia, and other city stakeholders.

While Hall graduated from Cristo Rey in 2016, his dedication to the mission has never wavered. Currently, Hall is the founding Chair of the Workforce Development Committee for the Cristo Rey Network National Leadership Council, where he is leading the discussion around productivity and professionalism in the workplace. Hall also founded the Shyheem Robinson Legacy Scholarship in honor of his fallen friend/fellow Cristo Rey alum who was tragically murdered in October 2020.

Raquell is a leader at the forefront of SEI’s Investments Processing Business Management Team. With a remarkable journey spanning over three decades, Raquell’s story is one of dedication, resilience, and continuous growth.

Raquell’s professional journey began more than 30 years ago when she joined SEI in the corporate accounting department. Over the years, she navigated through various roles eventually finding her calling in business management. This pivotal transition marked the beginning of her ascent to the influential position she holds today.

In her current role, Raquell collaborates with leadership and employees across the organization to steer SEI toward its financial objectives. Her strategic awareness and collaborative approach have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.

Beyond the boardroom, Raquell is a compassionate advocate for community engagement. She has actively participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the Pen Pal initiative through SEI, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the professional realm.

In her free time, Raquell directs her focus toward her family. Raquell enjoys exploring music across all genres and passionately follows football and hockey.
Raquell’s academic foundation is rooted in excellence, having graduated from Philadelphia University, now recognized as Thomas Jefferson University. Her educational journey has undoubtedly contributed to her leadership expertise, shaping her into a well-rounded and accomplished professional.

Rachele Browning

Rachele is an Executive Managing Director on SEI’s Enterprise Team responsible for leveraging the breadth of SEI’s capabilities to maximize the delivery of our solutions and drive growth for enterprise clients and strategic partners.

Prior to this role, Rachele was in SEI’s Institutional Group responsible for new client outreach and business development in the U.S.

Before joining SEI, Rachele was responsible for the sales and marketing of the derivatives desk in CoreStates Capital Markets Group. She began her career in CoreStates Wholesale Banking program, ultimately responsible for Business Development in the U.K. and their U.S. subsidiaries.

She is active in her community and currently serves on the board of Mindfulness through Movement, a Philadelphia organization committed to nurturing the wellness of children in underserved areas through mindful breathing and movement. She also serves as a Trustee at the University of Scranton.

Megan Murray

Relationship Manager, SEI

Megan Murray has been part of the SEI family since 2009. Supporting Private Banking clients as a Relationship Manager for over a decade of her SEI tenure, she first learned the ropes in Corporate Accounting and Business Management. As a Relationship Manager, Megan advocates for clients and helps turn their strategic ideas into actionable and executable steps. Internally, Megan coordinates across all internal partners to further resource the clients’ vision.

Megan spent her undergrad years at Stetson University in Florida and received her MBA from Baylor University in 2021. In 2015, Megan moved to Austin, TX to be closer to family and enjoys the active music city life. She is also a community leader in other local organizations including ATX Women in Web3, ATX DAO, and Austin Women in Technology.

Laura Kish

Director of Business Intelligence and Salesforce Reporting

Laura Kish serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Salesforce Reporting on SEI’s Salesforce Global Implementation Team. In her role she collaborates with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to design, develop, and implement mission-critical reports and dashboards. Before taking on this role in fall of 2022, Laura spent nearly 12 years on SEI’s Institutional Marketing Team where she focused on managing the business unit’s lead generation and business intelligence initiatives.

Prior to starting at SEI in 2011, Laura spent four years in inside sales working for TrialGraphix, a litigation consulting firm. Before that she worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative for NVHomes. Her time spent in sales is where Laura developed her passion for using CRM systems and data to drive business development strategies.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Marketing. She also serves as a board member and the communications chair for the SEI Women’s Network. In her spare time she enjoys reading, puzzles, and being active outdoors with her family. On the weekends you can find her on the beach, on the slopes, or more likely on the sidelines of a youth sports game cheering on her sons.

Kathy Killian

Vice President, Administration, Philadelphia Phillies

A member of the Phillies organization since 1985, Kathy Killian was promoted to vice president, human resources, and customer services in December 2008. She moved into her current position in October 2018. As a catalyst for the preservation and development of the organization’s culture, Kathy’s responsibilities include assisting in the annual performance review process, compensation setting, and workforce development. As a business partner for management, she continues to develop the club’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and opportunities, as well as oversee employee engagement, employee recognition, employee food services, the high school associates program, and other special projects.

Born in Philadelphia, Kathy graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls in 1981 and earned a bachelor’s degree in management/marketing in 1985 from Spring Garden College. A standout basketball player, her No. 35 was retired by the school in 1988. She also coached the women’s basketball team at Holy Family University from 1987 to 1995.

Kathy began her career with the Phillies as an intern in the sales office. A year later, she was hired as a full-time sales office representative and in 1995, she was promoted to director, group sales, the position she held before her promotion to vice president. In 2006, Kathy was honored with the Richie Ashburn & David Montgomery Special Achievement Award, which is given to a member of the Phillies organization who has demonstrated loyalty, dedication, and passion for the game. Kathy was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2014 and was honored by the Girls Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania with the Take the Lead Award in 2015.

Kathy serves on the board of the David Palmer Foundation, as well as the Temple University STHM Board of Visitors, the Pennsylvania Hospital Board of Managers, and Girl Scouts of SEPA.

She and her partner Jen live in Northeast Philadelphia.

Aimie Hanson

Chief Revenue Officer of SEI Family Office Services

Aimie Hanson is the Chief Revenue Officer of SEI Family Office Services, where she leads the sales, relationship management and client relations teams to drive business growth and deliver an excellent client experience. As a member of the leadership team, she plays a key role in developing and executing the strategic plan to support the evolving needs of family office clients.

Aimie is a proven leader with 25 years of relationship management and client engagement experience in the financial services industry at SEI. She previously served as a Managing Director in SEI’s Private Banking business, working with executives across the wealth management spectrum including law firms, multi-family offices, private trust companies, and community, regional and national banks.

Prior to joining SEI, Aimie was an officer in the U.S. Army.

Megan McCloskey | President, SEI Women’s Network

Megan serves as the Program Manager of Workforce Relations and Initiatives at SEI. In this role, she serves as the project manager for programs and communications initiatives related to the core functions of Workforce Development, including learning and development; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and leadership development. Prior to her current role, Megan worked as a Global Communications Specialist, driving the public relations and communications strategy across SEI’s businesses. She also worked as a Marketing Associate for SEI’s Global Institutional Group.

Megan earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She also serves as a Board Member for the SEI Women’s Network. In her spare time, Megan enjoys coaching Track and Field and working on DIY projects.

Allie Carey

Chief Strategy Officer, SEI Private Banking and Wealth Management

Session Title

Allie Carey is Chief Strategy Officer for SEI Private Banking and Wealth Management. In this role, she defines the business unit’s strategic growth plans in collaboration with executive leaders across the company. She is focused on strategic planning, global wealth management industry landscape assessment, global go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, product/solution strategies and M&A opportunities.

Prior to joining SEI, Allie served as VP of Product Management at AscellaHealth, where she was responsible for identifying new market and revenue opportunities and formulating the product strategy to realize those opportunities.
Previously, Allie served as the Managing Director of Front Office for the Independent Advisor Solutions team at SEI. In this role, Allie was responsible for the design and delivery of the Advisor Business Platform, which supports the growth of over 7,500 independent financial advisors.

Allie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Bucknell University.
